MPOYNT helps organizations simplify and scale endpoint management through innovative technology solutions and managed services. We are building a high-performing Hardware Fulfillment team responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting technology assets throughout their lifecycle.

As an IT Asset & Hardware Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for device provisioning, inventory management, shipping and receiving, repairs, and asset lifecycle activities. You will work with technical, project, and service teams to help ensure devices are deployed accurately and on time.

This is a full time, in-person role located in our Toronto, ON office.

Responsibilities

- Provision, stage, and configure laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, and network equipment.
- Receive and track IT assets, peripherals, and shipping materials, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Process domestic and international shipments, including waybills, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
- Coordinate warranty claims, repairs, and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) with vendors and partners.
- Manage assigned requests in our IT service management system within established service levels, documenting device, end-user, inventory, and shipping details accurately.
- Support monthly inventory audits, investigate discrepancies, and follow operational procedures.
- Work with Project and Service Management teams to identify and escalate device imaging or setup issues.
- Test returned devices and help determine whether they should be repaired, redeployed, or responsibly decommissioned.




- Identify and suggest improvements to hardware fulfillment processes.

Qualifications

- 2 - 4 years of experience in hardware fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory operations, IT support, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience setting up or troubleshooting computers or mobile devices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when tracking assets and completing shipments.
- Ability to manage assigned requests, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical colleagues.
- Ability to handle equipment weighing 40+ pounds or more, using appropriate handling equipment or assistance when needed.
- Availability for occasional travel to client sites for project work.

Nice to have

- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or a related field.
- Familiarity with iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) or enterprise mobility management (EMM) tools.
- Familiarity with IT service management platforms and ITIL practices.
- Experience with wireless carrier portals, hardware warranty processes, or international shipping documentation.
