Extendicare Mapleview is seeking an IPAC Manager in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, to lead the home’s infection prevention and control program. You will work with regional leadership to implement, audit, and continuously improve IPAC practices in a long-term care setting.

The role requires a related bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in healthcare, with 2–3 years in IPAC leadership. CIC certification is preferred or can be pursued by April 2025.
