Salary range

$75,000 to $92,000 CAD per year In this role, you will:

- Take ownership of the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of our endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Tanium.
- Configure and maintain endpoint policies, applications, agents, and device configurations across supported Windows and macOS devices.
- Manage application packaging, software distribution, operating system deployment, endpoint provisioning, and patching processes.
- Partner with Cyber Security and the Service Desk to resolve complex issues and maintain endpoint security and compliance controls.
- Contribute to new endpoint-related projects, automation opportunities, operational reporting, documentation, testing, and transitions to operations

You have
- A diploma from a recognized IT program or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- At least five years of hands-on experience in endpoint management, administration, and support
- Solid practical experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Tanium, SCCM/MECM, or similar enterprise endpoint management platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365,



Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid device management.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience working with ITSM tools and established service management processes; Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) is preferred.
