IVR Developer – Cisco CVP, Call Studio, Java & Amazon Connect

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Mode: 4 days hybrid

Skill Required:

- 4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR application development in CVP (Contact Center).

- Cisco Call Studio / Cisco CVP, VXML Server, CVP Custom Elements (Java), Call Studio GUI, Apache Tomcat.

- Java development with client backend integrations (HTTP REST APIs, OAuth2, XML Web Services, MS SQL Server).

- Experienced in CVP in Java, API integration, sharing data between IVR and agent desktop, customer self-service solutions.

- Knowledge of UCCE / ICM (integration of CVP IVR applications with UCCE routing scripts, DNIS, queuing to skill group, CTI variables, Finesse Agent Desktop), Cyara.

- Solid knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus.
