Job Summary

We are looking for a Night Janitorial Cleaner and be a vital part of maintaining a clean and safe environment at our food manufacturing facility in Duncan. In this role, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning and basic facilities maintenance to ensure our facility remains pristine and well-maintained. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create an optimal environment for staff and visitors alike, all while working during the quiet night shift.

Duties

- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of floors throughout the facility.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and sanitize floors to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Remove garbage, recycling, and waste from designated areas and dispose of it appropriately.
- Clean and maintain common areas, work areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Operate and maintain floor-cleaning equipment as required.
- Assist with dishwasher duties, including loading and unloading dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining the dishwashing area.
- Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Replenish cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed.
- Report maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns to the appropriate supervisor.





Qualifications

- Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in commercial or facilities environments.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Reliable attendance record with a proactive attitude toward safety and cleanliness.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who takes initiative, works well independently, and is comfortable working overnight shifts. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workplace, and can manage their responsibilities with minimal supervision. Pay: $18.25-$19.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
