We are looking for a Java Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and experience managing software delivery teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex full-stack applications
- Lead Java, Angular, QA, and technical teams
- Manage timelines, scope, resources, risks, and delivery plans
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and remove team blockers
- Ensure technical and architectural alignment
- Manage senior stakeholders and provide project status/metrics
- Mentor team members and support technical growth

? Required Technical Skills




- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 4+ years in Delivery Management / Project Management
- Strong Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud & Microservices
- Angular 12+, TypeScript, RxJS & NgRx
- REST APIs and event-driven architecture
- Kafka / RabbitMQ
- PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
- Jenkins / GitLab CI / GitHub Actions
- AWS / Azure
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Robust Agile/Scrum experience

? Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have: PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
