In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive cleaning and maintenance tasks that ensure our spaces are hygienic, organized, and inviting for employees, visitors, and clients alike. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall health and safety of our workplace.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, including desks, countertops, and fixtures, ensuring a spotless environment
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch areas
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance duties like replacing light bulbs, reporting repairs needed for plumbing or electrical issues, and ensuring equipment functions properly
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing




- Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as scheduled or required

Requirements

- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services within commercial or institutional settings preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and reaching overhead
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance issues promptly
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices is a plus
