Duties

- Assist with the installation of various siding materials according to project specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and levels to support siding installation tasks
- Perform heavy lifting of siding panels, tools, and materials safely and efficiently
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, organizing materials, and setting up scaffolding or ladders as needed
- Follow safety protocols consistently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and teammates




- Support carpentry tasks including measuring, cutting, and caulking to ensure precise installation
- Read blueprints or project plans to understand layout and installation requirements

Requirements

- Prior experience with hand tools, construction work, or carpentry is highly preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during installation tasks
- Familiarity with blueprint reading or basic construction plans is a plus
- Knowledge of caulking techniques to ensure weatherproofing and finishing quality
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Handyman experience or related trade skills are beneficial but not mandatory
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and work at heights in various weather conditions
