RFNOW Inc. is seeking a Construction Foreman – Jetting Crew to lead our jetting teams on fibre optic projects across Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

You will model secure work practices, assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance on site, reading plans, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring materials and manpower are available. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to quality, with a full-time schedule Monday to Friday and weekly overtime
