Become a key player in our established ICI estimating team as a Construction Estimator. This full-time role emphasizes quantity take-offs, subcontractor analysis, and collaborative efforts. We invite applications from Estimators with at least four years of experience within the ICI field.

While healthcare and institutional project experience is a plus, a robust foundation in construction methods is critical. Candidates should be proficient in both estimating software and Microsoft Office to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute quantity take-offs and accurate pricing
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
- Support bid submissions and tender closing processes
- Assist in budgeting and preconstruction phases
- Collaborate with estimating and project teams for success Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years in construction estimating
- Exposure to healthcare or institutional projects is an asset
- Strong grasp of construction methods and materials
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
