Fireplaces by Cameron is looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumber with a Class B Gas Fitter Endorsement to join our growing team.

This role specializes in the installation, service, and commissioning of residential gas fireplaces, while providing opportunities to support a variety of plumbing and gas-related projects. We are looking for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and working as part of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

- Install natural gas and propane fireplaces
- Perform gas piping, appliance hookups, pressure testing, and commissioning
- Diagnose and service gas fireplace systems
- Complete residential plumbing and gas-related work as required
- Conduct site visits and assess installation requirements
- Maintain safe, organized, and professional worksites
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, and project managers

Qualifications

- Journeyman Plumber Certification
- Class B Gas Fitter Endorsement (Required)




- Experience with gas appliance installation and service
- Fireplace installation experience considered an asset
- WETT certification considered an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
