We are seeking a skilled and motivated team leader Journeyman (3rd or 4th year apprentice) Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. If you have a flair for MIG and TIG welding and love bringing blueprints to life, this is your chance to shine!

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform welding operations on various materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

- Ability to manage projects
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work workplace.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a welder,



with expertise in MIG and TIG welding.
- Certification in welding (AWS or similar) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
