Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman/Woman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that electrical infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately install and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and equipment in industrial or commercial environments.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks efficiently.
- Conduct inspections of electrical systems during renovation projects to ensure safety and code compliance.
- Work with low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and schematics for automation and control applications.
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and resolve problems promptly to minimize downtime.




- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites or renovation projects to coordinate electrical work seamlessly.

Skills

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for various electrical systems.
- Extensive experience as an industrial electrician with a solid understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment used in electrical work.
- Hands-on experience with renovation projects involving existing electrical infrastructure.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and schematics for automation control.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently using diagnostic tools.
- Practical handyman skills that support diverse maintenance tasks across different environments.
