Journeyman/Woman Plumber – Plumbing & Mechanical Systems

JJM Mechanical Group Ltd. is seeking a skilled Journeyman/Woman Plumber to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a passion for solving complex service and retrofit challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing and mechanical systems including boilers, cooling towers, pumps, tankless water heaters, hydronic heating, and domestic water systems.
- Perform installation and retrofit projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot plumbing and heating issues and provide effective, professional solutions.
- Complete accurate job notes, equipment documentation, and material lists using a mobile app.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (approximately one weekday every 6-7 weeks).

Qualifications

- Red Seal Certified Plumber (required)
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, hydronic systems, and diagnostic procedures
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Possession of basic hand tools (power tools provided)




- Cross Connection Control Certification considered an asset
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
