The Junior Financial Analyst supports the management team with the preparation and analysis of financial statements while taking into consideration the company’s commitment to our seven core values such as Sustainability (people, planet, and profit) in the planning and implementation of all actions related to the area of responsibility.

Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Hybrid)

Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)

$57,000 to $71,500

In this role, you will:

- Assist with management reporting of the consolidated financial results
- Assist with detailed budget reviews of larger departmental stakeholders
- Prepare monthly financial analyses and reports such as variance analysis, price-volume-mix analysis, departmental financial reports, business unit reports, cost analysis and brand reports
- Consolidate budget submissions and ensure budgets are in line with corporate goals and initiatives
- Assist with maintaining the company’s financial reporting software (OneStream)

You have

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics
- Entry-level experience (0 – 2 years) in financial planning and analysis, accounting, taxation or treasury; fresh graduates who have co-op/internship experiences are also welcome




- General understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and the Canadian tax environment
- Strong/advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Plan to pursue/pursuing a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
- Prior experience with Corporate Performance management systems (OneStream, Hyperion, Anaplan) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Syspro) is an asset
