Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Junior Low Voltage Technician (Full-Time) to join our growing team. If you are a fresh trade/technical school graduate or someone early in their security/low-voltage career with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you!

We believe in investing in our people. Full training will be provided to help you build a solid foundation in physical access control and low-voltage security systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Cabling & Infrastructure: Pull, route, terminate, and test low-voltage communication and power cabling (Cat5e/Cat6, composite cable, etc.).
- Device Installation: Install and mount security field devices including IP cameras, card readers, door strikes, magnetic locks, motion sensors, and Automatic Door Operators (ADOs).
- System Assembly: Assist with mounting enclosures, wiring control panels, and setting up power supplies.
- Field Support: Work alongside senior technicians to troubleshoot, test, and commission security systems on commercial and residential job sites.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards and local codes.

What we are looking for

- Education: Graduate from an electrical, telecommunications, or low-voltage technical program (or equivalent hands-on trade training).




- Growth Mindset: High willingness to learn, adapt, and follow company installation standards and procedures.
- Basic Aptitude: Familiarity with basic hand/power tools and basic electrical concepts (voltage, resistance, continuity).
- Experience: Some hands-on or internship experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with a great attitude will be fully considered.
- Reliability: Strong physical stamina (able to lift equipment, work on ladders), strong attention to detail, and a valid driver's license (or reliable transportation).
