What We Are Looking ForAre you a natural performer who loves making kids laugh, smile, and move? Whether you have a background in improv, children’s theatre, mascot/character performing, camp counseling, or preschool entertainment, we are looking for larger-than-life personalities to lead our high-energy youth soccer and activity classes for kids ages 2 to 8!No soccer coaching background? No problem. We believe it’s much easier to teach basic soccer drills to an amazing performer than it is to teach enthusiasm to a serious sports coach.

If you can command a crowd of 4-year-olds, lead a sing-along, adapt on the fly, adopt funny character voices, and make a total fool of yourself to keep kids captivated,



we will teach you all the soccer and program basics you need.Think of this role like being part improv artist, children’s entertainer, and activity host. You will use story-driven games, songs, and wild imagination to make early sports fundamentals completely unforgettable.Responsibilities

- Engage & • Entertain:

Lead high-energy, interactive active-play sessions using storytelling, imaginative themes, songs, and humor.
- Bring the Energy: Be goofy, act silly, and keep groups of 2–8 year olds completely hooked from start to finish.
- Guide Movement: Introduce foundational movement and soccer skills using our structured, fun-first curriculum.
- Maintain Safety: Keep sessions organized, safe, and positive for every participant.
- Connect with Parents: Chat briefly with parents before and after sessions to celebrate their child’s wins and smiles.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

- High energy, expressive personality, and crowd-control skills (experience in theatre, mascot/character work, improv, preschool instruction, or camp leadership is a major plus!).
- Totally comfortable being goofy, singing, and performing in front of groups of young children and their parents.
- 2+ years of experience working with or entertaining young children (ages 2–8).




- Reliable and available for weekend morning schedules (weekday after-school or mid-day shifts are also available as optional add-ons).
- Possesses (or able to obtain prior to start) a valid First Aid / CPR-C certificate.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check (for ages 18+) or character reference check (for under 18).

Wage & • Progression

- Starting Wage: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour (+ 4% in lieu of benefits) for current hires.
- Growth Opportunity: Experienced and top-performing activity leaders earn up to $30.00 / hour.

Schedule & • Locations

- Primary Schedule: Saturday and/or Sunday mornings between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
- Optional Add-on Hours: Weekday after-school shifts and occasional mid-day classes.
