Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients to support chefs in meal creation
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment to meet food safety and hygiene standards
- Support cooking activities by organizing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of prepared items
- Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations
- Serve customers efficiently at the service counter or dining area when required, ensuring a positive experience
- Help with dishwashing duties, including cleaning cookware, utensils, and kitchen surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment




- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of stock shortages

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Basic knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations in the food industry
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working in a fast-paced setting
