Job Summary

We are hiring a friendly and reliable Grill Staff member to join our Dairy Queen team. This role involves preparing hot food to DQ standards, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and helping provide fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare burgers, chicken, fries, and other menu items
- Follow recipes, food-safety procedures, and portion standards
- Keep the grill, kitchen, and workstations clean
- Restock ingredients and supplies
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Work efficiently with other team members during busy periods
- Provide friendly service and assist with other duties as needed

Experience

- Positive attitude and dependable work habits
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn; experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift supplies
- Availability for scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends

Pay: From $16.40 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
