Full-Time | April to November construction landscaping and November to April snow removal

Your Role

As a Landscape Construction/Maintenance Technician, you’ll work alongside our Crew Leads to build high-quality residential landscape projects throughout Calgary.

You will

- Assist with hardscape installations (paving stone, retaining walls, grading and base prep)
- Install softscape elements (planting, sod, soils, aggregates)
- Operate and assist with equipment as qualified
- Load and unload materials, tools, and trailers safely
- Maintain organized and skilled job sites
- Snow removal in the winter
- Perform physical labour in various weather conditions

Requirements

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Construction or landscape experience preferred (ideally 1–3+ years)




- Experience operating or assisting with:
- Skid steers and mini-excavators (asset)
- Compaction equipment (plate tampers, jumping jacks)
- Power tools and small equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift heavy materials (50lb +) and work outdoors
- Positive attitude and team mindset

Working Conditions

- 8.5–9 hour weekdays
- Occasional Saturdays during peak season
