Duties

- Operate and maintain landscape equipment including excavators, power tools, and hand tools to perform tasks such as planting, trimming, mowing, and edging.
- Assist with irrigation system installation, repairs, and regular maintenance to ensure optimal watering efficiency.
- Conduct gardening activities such as planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and maintaining healthy turf areas.
- Perform horticultural tasks including pruning, fertilizing, mulching, and pest control to promote plant health.
- Carry out landscape maintenance routines like debris removal, weed control, and soil preparation to keep outdoor spaces tidy and inviting.
- Support construction projects related to landscape upgrades or installations by utilizing construction experience and mechanical knowledge.




- Regularly inspect equipment for safety and functionality; perform minor repairs or coordinate maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

- Prior experience with landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred; a background in horticulture or landscaping is highly advantageous.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating machinery such as excavators is beneficial.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, hand tools, power tools, and general construction practices is desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to safety protocols.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when required.
- Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and plant care principles.
