SUMMARY:

The position requires the knowledge and ability to participate in a variety of hard and soft landscaping tasks, including pool construction, interlock, carpentry/woodwork, excavation, grading, drainage, planting, sodding, mulching, and more.

In addition to our landscape construction division, we also operate a waterproofing business specializing in foundation waterproofing, drainage, excavation, sump systems, crack repairs, and related services. This allows us to provide year-round work, rather than operating as a seasonal landscaping company.

The skilled labourer must be proficient in the secure and effective use of the tools and equipment required to perform these tasks. We are looking for candidates who are dependable, motivated, willing to learn, and interested in advancing their career within the landscape construction and waterproofing trades.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 2 Seasons Landscape Construction experience.
- Daily transportation to and from either our yard or current jobsite.
- Able to work 30-50 Hours a week (Mon - Fri)



*Occasional Saturdays as required due to peak seasonal workloads or as a result of the weather delays during (M-F) operations
- Sound working knowledge of landscape practices and equipment usage
- Desire to produce a high standard of workmanship
- Able to work in a team environment to complete the common goal
- Self motivated with a good work ethic
- Ability to follow direction & work accordingly
- Routinely punctual and dependable
- Ability to lift in excess of 70 Lbs repeatedly.
- Able to follow and practice safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Valid "G" License (Clean Abstract – No Major Infractions)

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
