This is more than a traditional administrative role. You’ll support executive priorities, investor relations, corporate events, travel, and key meetings — helping keep a lot of moving pieces organized and on track.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to members of the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel, and expenses.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure executives are prepared with required materials and information.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events, including PDAC activities and other internal and external events.
- Facilitate and manage the Retail Investor VIP program.
- Manage competing priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items on behalf of executives.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials.
- Assist with website maintenance.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.
- Coordinate executive travel and logistics for conferences, Board meetings, investor
