Our busy Personal Injury law office located in Erlton, Calgary is growing and looking for a full time legal assistant.

You would be great in this role if you:

Our ideal candidate must have computer knowledge specifically with Microsoft office (word, outlook) and Adobe PDF; excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well with others.
- Drafting letters and memos from dictation;
- Scanning and filing executed documents;
- Maintaining and updating, file organization and management;
- Arranging various client appointments including scheduling of questioning;
- Drafting of Pleadings including Affidavit of Records, Statement of Claims, Bill of Costs;
- Using precedent letters to request records from various offices;
- General tasks to assist other Staff and Lawyers




- Office Upkeep and assistance.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Ability to use Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF;
- Confident with working well independently;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (full time)

- $36,000 - $65,000/year depending on your experience
