Empower women in Tasmania as an LGBTIQA+ Solicitor with the Women's Legal Service. Provide expert employment law support, advocacy, and community education under the Working Women’s Centre model. In this role, you'll work under the Principal Solicitor to assist clients navigating employment law issues.

Your focus will be on providing culturally appropriate, trauma-informed advice and support through direct interactions. You will also collaborate with other staff and organizations to secure sustainable outcomes for your clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide employment law advice via face-to-face and phone interactions
- Liaise effectively with clients and Working Women’s Centre staff
- Assist in community education on workplace issues
- Participate in law reform submissions and resource development
- Support clients facing workplace harassment and related issues Requirements:
