Life Insurance Administrator/Operations Co-ordinator

Our established life insurance and living benefits practice is looking for an experienced qualified to manage our back-office operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience.

This is a key role responsible for:

✅ Managing office operations, workflows and our CRM system.

✅ New business processing from application to policy issue.

✅ Client service and ongoing policy administration.

✅ Communication with clients, carriers, and underwriting departments

✅ Assisting in marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Characteristics of the ideal candidate:

- Direct experience in the life insurance industry working in a MGA environment.
- Empathetic with high ethical standards.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills




- Strong technology skills with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Teams and Copilot. Ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools and workflows.
- Able to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and proactively solve problems.
