We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook(ITALIAN THEME FOOD and PASTAS) to join our agile culinary team. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- must be able to cook fresh pastas, steak, and seafood
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays if required

This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow their culinary skills within a professional setting while contributing to a vibrant dining atmosphere. Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
