Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items with attention to detail, consistency, and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations according to food safety regulations
- Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately to ensure quality standards are met
- Support the serving team by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared dishes




- Handle food safely by adhering to proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize workflow during busy service times

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards in the food industry
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and cooking methods
