Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and skilled Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, strong culinary skills, and a solid understanding of food safety practices. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and consistency.

Responsibilities

● Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.

● Assist with daily food preparation, including chopping, slicing, portioning, and measuring ingredients.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and workstation.

● Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.

● Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.

● Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.

● Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed.

● Complete daily cleaning and closing duties.

Qualifications & Skills

● Minimum 2 years of experience in the food service industry, preferably in a cook or prep cook position.





● Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

● Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.

● Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced environment.

● Strong teamwork and communication skills.

● Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

● Dependable, punctual, and willing to support other team members when needed.

● Food Handler Certificate is an asset.
