Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Cook menu items accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food handling and safety protocols
- Support the kitchen team by rotating through various stations as needed, including plating and garnishing dishes




- Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies and notifying management of shortages or expired items
- Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences for our guests

Skills

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Excellent understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
- Passion for meal preparation and delivering quality dishes consistently
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from senior kitchen staff

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
