Join Affinity Group as an M365 Migration Consultant to lead a migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. Leverage your expertise to guide a team through a complex data and user transition. As the primary technical resource, you will work with the Project Manager to define and execute a detailed migration strategy for over 200 users and 30TB of data.

Your experience will be crucial in developing methodologies for file migration, identity federation, as well as coexistence between Google and Microsoft platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365
- Define migration strategy in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Develop approaches for file migration and identity federation




- Support migration of approximately 30TB of enterprise data
- Provide leadership on migration methodologies and best practices Requirements:
- Proven experience with Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations
- Robust understanding of migration strategies and implementation plans
- Experience with large data migrations over 30TB
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange and Teams
