R.E. Glover Ltd. is a well-established, family-owned fastener manufacturer and distributor looking for a reliable, hard-working person to join our production team.

Previous machine shop experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Position includes operating a variety of manufacturing equipment including thread cutting lathes, bending machines, grinding equipment, horizontal saws, drill presses, and other metalworking machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and set up manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manufacture parts using blueprints, drawings, work orders, and product specifications.




- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet dimensional and quality requirements.
- Use measuring instruments including rulers, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications
- Reliable with a strong attendance and punctuality record
- Comfortable with physical, repetitive work in a loud industrial environment
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience is an asset, but not required

Physical
- Good vision, hearing, and overall physical condition.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift material as required.

Preferred Experience
- Threading lathes
- Metal fabrication equipment
- Saw cutting equipment
- Drill presses
- Forklift operation (asset)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
