MAINTENANCE AND AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN

Hours: Will discuss the options of a split shift or afternoon shift.

Split Shift- Monday - Thursday (12pm - 10:30pm)

Afternoon Shift- Monday - Thursday (3:30pm - 2:00am)

Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000

CERTIFICATIONS / QUALIFICATIONS:

- Holds 442A License (Preferred)
- 309A (Asset)
- 433A (Asset)
- Machining practices (Milling / Lathe work / Drilling)
- Lift Truck License (Asset)
- Fall Arrest (Asset)
- Required to provide own tools
- Must be a team player
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must possess valid full G drivers license
- 5-10yrs Manufacturing/Industrial related experience preferred

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Perform hands on maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Respond to equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, and complete repairs
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance, equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical assemblies, drives, bearings, conveyors, and other plant equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and related control components
- Use a strong working knowledge of automated equipment, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and safety circuits to support troubleshooting
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical drawings,



electrical schematics, and control drawings when completing maintenance and repairs
- Support equipment installations, startups, shutdowns, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives as required
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to equipment, maintenance practices and processes to increase reliability and improve operational efficiency
- General knowledge or previous experience with FANUC robotic systems and GMAW processes, particularly applications involving light-gauge materials would be an asset
- Follow all health and safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements, and ensure maintenance work is completed safely
- Maintain tools, equipment, spare parts, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
- Travel between company facilities as operational needs require
- Attend continuing education and required job related training provided by the company
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company
