The Maintenance Coordinator will be performing inventory management and contractor management.

Role Responsibilities

- Promote and maintain compliance with all company health, safety, environmental, and PPE requirements.
- Maintains asset, BOM, and inventory data.
- Manages spare parts storage, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
- Manage inventory transactions, cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Implement and maintain part labelling, numbering, and Kanban replenishment systems.
- Coordinate contractor onboarding, safety documentation, orientations, and permit requirements.
- Scan and store documents related to inventory and contractor management as required.
- Conduct all required administrative work related to maintenance inventory and contractor management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to support operational objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Coordinates procurement and expediting activities.




- Coordinates contractor mobilization and execution logistics.
- Ensures parts, materials, tools, and contractors are ready for scheduled work.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs
- Mechanically inclined

Experience:

- Previous experience in inventory management and contractor management is preferred
- Familiar with basic inventory principles such as reorder points, min/max levels, cost comparisons

Skills and Knowledge:

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent demanding deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong computer skills with accurate data entry skills
- Strong work ethic with positive organizational and time management skills
- Good written and oral communication skills

Shift Available: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM - Monday to Friday.
