Your Current Role
As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead the day-to-day maintenance and operations of a health care facility. You will be responsible for operational staff and building systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. You'll oversee preventative maintenance programs, manage vendors and contractors, coordinate repairs and capital projects, and provide leadership to on-site maintenance teams while working with the Contract Manager to ensure the P3 contract is being serviced.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional building performance, controlling costs, and maintaining a high-quality environment for stakeholders, guests and tenants.
Preference will be given to those who have exposure to a P3 environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 5+ years experience managing a large facility – P3 and healthcare experience are preferred.
- Experience overseeing a government portfolio / property is preferred.
- Experience being responsible for operational & capital budgets.
- Technical background in a trade or building operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building systems including MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), HVAC, refrigeration, BAS (building automation systems).
