- Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work, as well as improvement projects, ensuring optimal use of resources
- Coordinate subcontractor work, from preparation through to monitoring of completion, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and performance standards
- Optimize the planning and monitoring of work by managing the maintenance schedule, the backlog,



and priorities, in collaboration with internal clients
- Prepare work orders and support the maintenance team by assessing needs for labor, parts, equipment, and procedures, particularly by preparing the “kits” required for the work
- Maintain and improve tools and technical documentation, particularly within the CMMS, by ensuring data quality, keeping information up to date, and enhancing planning tools
- Contribute to improving the department’s performance by analyzing key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for optimization, and participating in parts management, procurement, and standardization
- Serve as a resource person for the teams by understanding the needs of internal clients, supporting CMMS users, and ensuring operational continuity when the supervisor or warehouse manager is absent
