Job Title: Maintenance/Snow Removal

Reporting To: Supervisors and Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain common areas, working areas, and the parking lot premises in general in a clean, operational, and orderly manner.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Snow removal/De-icing of lot, premises around the office building and all customer/employee pathways

· Operating pickup truck with front snow plow

· Operating Skid Steer/Wheel Loader for snow removal

· Operating utility tractor with snow pusher

· Operating compact tractor with dozer blade/snow brush

· Fueling the service truck and snow equipment when needed

· Maintaining and cleaning the snow equipment

· Boosting customer vehicles, helping customers move/push their vehicles on the lot, and assisting with filling air in tires

· Removing snow from customer vehicles with backpack blower

· Driving buses to different locations throughout the city for service/maintenance; pick up parts or supplies from various locations across the city

· Respond at all times in a friendly, helpful manner to customers and other colleagues





- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position
- To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times

PREREQUISITES: Prior parking lot snow removal experience and snow equipment operator preferred, physical mobility and stamina required. Ability to follow instruction from multiple supervisors, work independently, and display a qualified attitude is required. EDUCATION: High School graduate or equivalent. Must speak, read, and write English.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
