As Maintenance

Supervisor, you will report to the Superintendent, Process Maintenance, and manage maintenance activities with a focus on safety and efficiency. You are expected to guide teams through various maintenance tasks and oversee shutdown management while fostering a positive work workplace. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced, technical setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead shutdown management and job walkdowns effectively
- Manage daily and weekly maintenance schedules efficiently




- Collaborate with planners and coordinators on maintenance performance
- Supervise employees and contractors for compliance
- Maintain safety and environmental standards rigorously Requirements:
- Valid Journeyperson ticket, technical diploma, or engineering degree
- Experience in planning and executing maintenance work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Supervisory experience is an asset
