Bimbo Canada is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead skilled trades in a unionized manufacturing setting, ensuring safety, reliability and uptime of production assets. You will manage preventative/predictive maintenance, drive TPM initiatives, oversee CAPEX projects, and mentor a team through continuous improvement while coordinating with other departments and maintenance management.

Flexibility for night/continental shifts and solid PLC/CMMS skills are expected, along with a track record
