Role Overview:

Neo is seeking a hands-on Finance systems professional to support a major systems implementation and develop a lasting data-governance capability.

The immediate priority is OneStream: validating financial data, resolving differences and preparing for user acceptance testing (UAT). OneStream experience is preferred, not required; substantial experience implementing comparable financial systems is essential. As the implementation advances, the role will expand into governance of financial and operational information across Neo’s systems.

What you will do:

- Translate Finance requirements into practical system,



workflow, data and reporting requirements in collaboration with Corporate and local Finance, IT and external specialists.
- Manage assigned systems and data improvement workstreams, including deliverables, milestones, dependencies, issue resolution and escalation.
- Support financial systems implementation through hands-on data validation, reconciliation and UAT, investigating discrepancies, resolving issues and coordinating with implementation partners.
- Support future system capabilities, including account reconciliations, budget consolidation and reporting, and, as priorities evolve, management reporting and operational KPIs.
- As implementation progresses, take increasing responsibility for data governance across Neo’s systems: definitions, mappings, reporting hierarchies, ownership and recurring data-quality issues.
- Work with local teams to make financial and operational information more consistent, accessible and useful, reducing avoidable manual workarounds.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Hands-on involvement in implementing or materially enhancing a financial system, including direct responsibility for data validation, reconciliation, UAT or comparable implementation testing.




- Practical accounting and consolidation knowledge sufficient to investigate trial-balance, mapping and reporting differences.
- Strong Excel, analytical and root-cause investigation skills, with willingness to perform detailed validation work.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including issue management, milestone tracking, coordination and timely escalation.
- Ability to work effectively with Finance users, IT, operations and external implementation partners.
- Experience with OneStream or a comparable EPM/consolidation platform (such as Oracle FCCS, Hyperion HFM, SAP BPC) is preferred; experience with reconciliation, budgeting or reporting applications is an additional asset.
- CPA or equivalent accounting designation is an asset; public-company multi-entity or multi-system experience is preferred.

This is a Toronto-based permanent role with travel of up to 10%. This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Salary Range: CAD 110,000 – CAD 130,000 annual
