Your role involves developing manufacturing processes and custom production assembly/test equipment. You will ensure a safe manufacturing setting and drive timely delivery of high-quality products to enhance Dometic's reputation in the market. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead core manufacturing quality and risk-management documentation
- Assess production assembly and test process requirements
- Design and implement production equipment and processes
- Prepare detailed production documentation including drawings




- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and new product launches Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Automation Engineering
- Over 5 years experience in automated equipment development
- Proficient in 3D CAD modeling with Creo and GD&T;
- Strong PLC programming skills and sensor integration
