Salary

$37.50 per hour (full-time position 30-40 hrs./week)

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and programs to promote the company's products and services.
- Assess the company's products and services and identify appropriate marketing and promotional opportunities.
- Develop marketing strategies and related content for digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Create, edit, and coordinate marketing content for the company's website, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure that information is accurate, current, and consistent with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
- Develop and maintain the company's social media presence and coordinate social media content and communications.
- Develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, digital marketing materials, and other communications materials.
- Develop and coordinate product and service promotional initiatives across appropriate digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Provide recommendations to management regarding marketing opportunities, promotional strategies, target audiences, and communication approaches.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand communications across the company's website,



social media, promotional materials, and other communication channels.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and make recommendations for improving future marketing initiatives.
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and other materials for management.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, business administration or a related field.
- Minimum [1] year of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Skills

- Experience in creating and managing website and social media content.
- Experience in developing marketing materials, presentations and promotional communications.
- Experience in analyzing campaign performance and marketing metrics.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to details.
- Social perceptiveness and time management skills.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, social media platforms and website content management systems.
