RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leads and supports the technical and creative development, design and production of proposals, qualifications, brochures, and presentations.

- Assists with the writing of effective proposal responses, project and personnel descriptions, and award submittals.

- Maintain and update Canada’s marketing materials including case studies, and team resumes.

- Works closely with a variety of groups including the Canadian marketing team, studio leaders, design teams, and other global professionals within the company.

- Solid writing and editing skills.

- Aptitude for comprehending and communicating technical information to diverse audiences.

- Strategic thinker with ability to connect marketing activities to larger business goals.

- Previous experience within architecture/design, construction and commercial real estate industries is desirable, but not required.

Technical Skills

- Minimum intermediate level of skill in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint is required (95% of work commitments involve the use of these two programs).

- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are considered an asset.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, English literature, or related field.

- Minimum 2-5 years of related professional experience.

OTHER:

- Overtime will be required, when necessary to meet deadlines.
