Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our products and services
- Engage with prospective partners
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts

Requirements

- Proven experience in inside sales,



technical sales, or B2B sales environments, preferably within technology or related sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for reaching diverse markets
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and marketing strategies to generate leads effectively
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to conduct business development activities and build lasting client relationships
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and client engagement
- Must have your own vehicle
