About Dream Construction Studio

Dream Construction Studio is a growing construction and renovation company serving homeowners across the GTA. We provide services including kitchen and bathroom renovations, basement finishing, full-home renovations, flooring, windows and doors, exterior improvements, design, drawings, and related construction services.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist who can help us grow our brand, generate qualified leads, and showcase our projects to potential customers.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate renovation and construction leads.
- Manage our Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging content using photos and videos from completed and ongoing projects.
- Create and manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Develop campaigns targeting homeowners across Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Toronto, and the GTA.
- Create reels, posts, stories, advertisements, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Improve the company’s local online visibility through SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Update and improve website content and project portfolios.
- Respond to and help manage online inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
- Develop strategies to increase customer reviews, referrals, and brand awareness.
- Track leads, advertising costs, conversions, and campaign performance.




- Research competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with management to develop promotions and campaigns for specific renovation services.

Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or lead generation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile is an asset.
- Experience creating social media content, reels, graphics, and advertisements.
- Canva, Adobe, or similar content-creation skills are an asset.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and bring new marketing ideas to the business.
- Previous marketing experience in construction, renovation, real estate, home improvement, or a related industry is an asset.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who goes beyond simply posting on social media. The successful candidate should understand how to turn marketing activities into real customer inquiries and qualified renovation leads.

You should be creative, proactive, comfortable testing new ideas, and able to measure which marketing activities are producing results.
