Internship Program Requirements

- Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2028. Must have an overall 2.8GPA (change if you need to)
- Transportation: Interns must have their own reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2026.
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Job Summary Sales interns at ADM will gain exposure in prospecting of potential accounts, customer/product discovery, quoting and negotiation, market intelligence, product applications, sales and marketing activities, and compiling business case scenarios.

Job Responsibilities

- Prospect and call potential customers
- First point of contact for phone and web inquiries, including basic applications support and referral to appropriate channels.
- Facilitate and manage product samples and technical document requests and capture all pertinent data. Manage process for potential sale.
- Power user of CRM Salesforce.com, daily interaction, logging all pertinent activity and customer notes, managing and updating pipeline.
- Understand customer needs and expectations. Report or provide relevant solutions if necessary.
- Work closely with cross-functional team to maximize short and long-term profitable growth.
- Channel and log suggestions, inquiries, and complaints to the appropriate people/systems.
- Market research and investigation to related competitive products and marketing strategies. Develop a transparent understanding of how commodity futures markets influence pricing of products.





- Follow determined reporting structures and report compilation.
