Ideal candidates will engage in preventive maintenance on essential mining equipment. As a Mechanic, your primary focus will be on servicing diesel and hydraulic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.

A Journeyperson designation or five years' experience in a similar field is necessary for this role, specifically in underground operations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, overseeing maintenance, and training new staff to enhance safety practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Diagnose problems and implement solutions effectively




- Adhere to Redpath's safety regulations and standards
- Support the training of apprentices and new team members
- Evaluate repaired equipment for proper functionality Requirements:
- Journeyperson or equivalent experience with mining equipment
- Basic literacy and ability to interpret schematics
