Duties

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify mechanical issues
- Perform repairs using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to restore functionality
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently to minimize downtime
- Replace or repair faulty parts such as belts, brakes, engines, and electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance procedures




- Assist in routine preventative maintenance to prolong the lifespan of machinery and vehicles

Qualifications

- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle or equipment repair
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues accurately and efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy parts and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Prior experience working with diagnostic tools or systems is a plus
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to automotive or machinery repair are desirable but not mandatory
