About Perimeter Aviation Established in 1960, Perimeter Aviation LP is a diversified Canadian air operator with ~900 employees and a 45+ aircraft fleet, including Metro II/III/23, Merlin, and Dash 8. We provide scheduled passenger and freight services to Northern Manitoba and Northern Ontario, 24/7 North American charters, medical evacuation services, and full‑service maintenance. What You’ll Do - Command medevac flights with unwavering commitment to safety, on‑time performance, patient comfort, and crew coordination.

- Operate strictly per CARs, Company Operations Manual, Aircraft Flight Manual, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Complete all preflight requirements: Operational Flight Plan, weather and NOTAM review, fuel/oil needs, weight & balance, manifest acceptance, Journey Log entries, and a thorough preflight inspection.
- Perform Type B flight watch jointly with Dispatch and complete Type C flight watch, ensuring explicit, constant communication with crew, flight followers, dispatcher, and medical teams.
- Assist as appropriate with patient care logistics; lift, load, and secure patients, cargo, baggage, and freight; brief passengers per SOPs.
- Execute post‑flight duties: post‑flight inspection, confirm aircraft whereabouts when away from base, and record flight times/defects.
- Engage actively in the Company’s Safety Management System and continually meet/exceed Transport Canada qualification standards.
- Adapt to changing remote‑base assignments and additional duties as operationally required.

Qualifications - Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Licenses & Medical: Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), Category 1 Medical, Group 1 Instrument Rating; ATPL required for 703/704 Medevac Captain appointment.
- Experience: 1500 hrs total time with 500 hrs PIC.
- Eligibility: Canadian citizen or unrestricted ability to work in Canada; fluent in English.

Thorough understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations and company/aircraft documentation.
- Travel Documents: Valid passport and valid driver’s licence.
- Asset: Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training.

- Complete Child Abuse Registry and Criminal Record checks.
