McKenzie Towne Medical is looking to add a full time Medical Office Assistant to our clinic in South East Calgary. For this position we are looking for a candidate that is self- motivated, detail orientated, carries a friendly positive attitude and who displays clear communication skills with the ability to formulate independent thought processes, and noteworthy time management skills.

MULTI-TASKING AND CRITICAL THINKING IS A MUST!

For this role, you will be responsible for greeting patients, booking, triaging and rooming patients, taking patients history and vitals as well as setting up for clinic procedures and assisting medical practitioners as needed. Our current EMR is Ava EMR, having knowledge in this system is preferred. · Previous experience with Ava EMR

· Maintain daily clinic operations

· Critical thinking and problem-solving ability

· MOA Certification

· CPR Certification

· 1–2-year experience in medical office environment
